Order Ipad2 in FRY's Electronics.
Computer staff,
Before I reserve two Ipad2 two weeks ago, the saleman said it will take about a week to have them. After one week I haven't heard anything from them, today is the second week I call them to check it out and they said they don't know when will they have it. When I ask him to give me the estimate time, he said: " I don't know and if you don't want to wait you can come to get the refund."
I wondering how much longer I have to wait and they should give me an estimate time. I can not sit here and wait for ever.......
I'd rather order somewhere else to avoid this un-professional situation

Uninformed staff. I called before driving 20 minutes out of the way to absolutely ensure that my Toshiba Tecra is compatible with HCSD cards. The person "claimed" to look it up in there data base and esured me it will work no problem. Go all the way there, buy it and guess what? NOT COMPATIBLE! I'm sure they just tell people what they want to here just to get sales. Now I have to drive all the way back there to return it... so annoying! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE!

Affordable products with DMV-like service.
Fry's Electronics offers the same products seen in any electronic store only with service the rivals the DMV. I would estimate that only 1 out of 50 employees actually knows what their doing. Everyone else is just clueless while the store offers a real lossy return policy.
I only recommend Fry's if you want a product that is cost less but you no self respect. Honestly just go to Best Buy, same price, same product, much better service.
