Not much satisfactory. My friend suggested me to join "Gold's Gym" but when I approached them, they very easily asked me to pay 3 months fee at a time. It was quite not expectable because they were not going to refund my money if woul leave after one month ! ! ! What a policy?

Take note: The boys with bulging biceps are the mascots, not the majority. Gold's generally offers Spinning, aerobics and kickboxing classes, yet weight-training remains the core of the program. Dumbbells and barbells, not spa-like amenities, are the attractions that draw the beef-heads in droves.
