Not sure what all the negative votes are about, except maybe that energy rebate programs change and installers have no control over it. We just had Supreme Air Systems replace our furnace, ductwork, and attic insulation and we are completely happy with the product, professionalism, and friendliness we received. Two thumbs up.
Misleading the NERF Rebating program. Someone removed my previous writing on the fraud of the rebate. I also just got 8% back, and lost thousands. I am writing a letter to ask them to solve the issue. My order is 11/16/2007. That means the sales person misled me and never even hinted that the rebate program has any risk even there is a public investigation going on. I am thinking filing a small amount legal claim to get back what I lost. If anyone is interested, we can unite to give the company pressure to let them deal this sincerely.
Ripped Off Too!.
I received the Colorade vs. NERF lawsuit administrator's letter on 9/4, qualified for $196 from the fund escrow fund, on a pro rata base, only 8% of the promised rebate.
My rebate stub was dated 10/2007, and when I searched online I found that the NERF was in question early 2007.
Just wonder why the sales rep still used it as a rebate program which sounded like a government sponsored program: National Energy Rebate Fund.
I'll call SAS, but don't expect to get any feedback.
I sometimes get calls from SAS for a maintenance appointment.
If only there were a zero star option!
Ripped of on Rebate and no calls back!!. Lengthly forms filled out for rebate promised on heat/ac whole house system costing $16,787.00 paid in full. Rebate promised was to be in 4 years for a total of $11,787.00 all done through Supreme Air Systems of Campbell, CA who will not return my calls. I found the fund administrator is not deliverable per the USPS after spending $26+ to mail my change of address. The 888# for NERF is constantly busy. I only found out they defaulted by calling the CO Attny Gen office! NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS from any party involved in this!!!! We were counting on this money and would NEVER have purchased this unit if it were not for the rebate!!! We were misled and LIED to- the sales rep no longer works for Supreme Air.
Faulty installation and poor service.
For $15000, we got a heating system from them that never worked properly for a single winter!
They installed a forced air heating system in our house a few years ago, and we haven't spent a single winter without problems with the heater. Each time I called, I got rude responses. The system breaks down over and over after their repairs. This past winter, they stopped answering our calls. Later when we hired a technician from another company, we were told that the system was installed incorrectly. We were also told that plenty of other customers in the bay area had their faulty installations, some of them had their houses flooded because of that.
I don't recommend this company to anyone.
great company. we have had 3 other companys out to our home over the past 2 years no one could fix not only they fixed it but they have reduced our electric bill from about 500.00 per month down to no more than 200.00 per month the sales guy alan really new how to help us they are great
Excellent. Recently I had Supreme Air Systems come out and Clean and repair my Air Conditioning and Furnace systems. The young man who came out was friendly and polite, he did a very thorough job. My A/C is running just like new and it is an old system! They recommended that I have the service done once a year or once every two years to keep everything running correctly. I am going to add an air purification system to my home because of my Allergies and Asthma, until I had spoken to them I didn't know that was an option for me. I look forward to Supreme Air taking care of me and my needs in the futrure! Carol
Unreasonable Customer Service. Scheduled a service call and was told that the technician would be there between 9 and noon. Recieved a phone call at 8:40am telling me the technician was on the way. I phoned back and said that I would be at my house at 9:10am and was told they could not have the technician wait that long. Hmmm, I am supposed to arrange a 3 hour window of my workday and they cannot wait 10 minutes?
Stay Away from Supreme Air Unless you Have Lot's of Patience.
Supreme Air Systems was listed on American Standard Website, as an "NATE" certified contractor.
In my entire life, I have never had to deal with such a headache. The sales person was nice, but when he came to post sales report, he used the excuse, "I am not a technical person, so you need to call their main number". When you call the main number, you can't even leave a nice voicemail for the person you are trying to reach. Because you always get the general mailbox.
Let's just say this, the system that was installed has yet to be passed by the city and the unit is not doing what the Sales person claimed it would. This issue has been ongoing since December 2005. I regret that I used Supreme Air, and am still fighting with them to get the City to pass the work and the unit to do what is ment to do (Heat and Cool each room in the house efficiently).
My recommendation, say away from them unless you have lot's of patience and can wait a long time (me it has been almost 2-years) to get them to do what needs to be done. I am still waiting, and no results. I think the warranty on the units will expire before they ever get it right.
I don't fully blame the staff at Supreme Air, but more the operations and the owner! No form fo customer care or support. Please do not listen to the sales guy, he is just a talker!
