Phoey on Bill!

The owner, Bill Rowe, was horribly rude! He evidently has something against shopping for wedding shoes at his store, although this is not posted anywhere.
He simply turned his back and said "I can't help you. You can leave now."
I know this man, personally, from dances I have attended and I thought he was kidding so
I said, "you are kidding aren't you?" He said, "No, you can leave now", and walked away.
I have spoken with several other people, since then, who have had similar experiences and will not set foot in this store again. ME EITHER!

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Customer Service was horrendous! I obviously made the mistake of telling the salesman that I wanted to buy shoes to wear for my wedding...he was incredibly rude and wouldn't let me try on the shoes because I was "only looking around for wedding shoes...and not serious about buying." His attitude was so atrocious - I can hardly still believe what took place!
