Great place. We have been eating @ Al Castello's for years. The food is wonderful and the staff is friendly. When life get a little hectic its nice to just call in an order and take it home. Thank you for the wonderful food.

Giovanni Rossi knows Italian!. Fabulous! I won't go anywhere else for Italian cuisine! Great service! Love the family atmosphere! Superb list of Italian wines!

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Cozy Italian restaurant serves a selection of pasta dishes in a kid-friendly atmosphere and offers homemade soups, meatballs and seafood.

Very Happy. We have been going to Al Castello for several years. We have almost always been very happy with the entire package---food, wine, service. I have several allergies and have ALWAYS been able to have the staff help me find something I can eat, and they have always been happy to ensure I am able to find something that won't make me ill.

Yes, it is in a stripmall, but they have done a good job in decorating to soften the hard corners. Yes, parking can be difficult if you come during busy times. But we think it is more than worth it.

We have yet to order anything we had to send back, or were unwilling to order again.

The clue to getting good service with every place of business---be pleasant, ask for what you want, alert the waitstaff if something is amiss and give them an opportunity to fix that problem. We have NEVER had an issue with making a complaint at Al Castello, whether with waitstaff or ownership. The only problem we've had has been parents bringing small children who are unattended and causing a ruckus---we complained and the parents were asked to care for their children.

This is a real neighborhood, SMALL restaurant that seems to cater to customers needs. They aren't flashy but the food is GOOD. It is fun to watch kids watch the chefs when something in the open kitchen flares up, or their pizza is ready and is brought to the table. We have had good suggestions on wine choices as well as entrees.

Bruschetta, Caprese, Veal Parma, Pizza, Ravioli, Pinot Grigio, Plain or standard breadsticks are all good choices.

What a disappointment. We were the first of 5 tables seated, and the last to be waited on. The wine was acidic, the soup was cold, the house salads were tiny and the service was at best, HORRIBLE. As we left, we told the owner how disappointed we were with the entire experience... he offered no apology, became argumentative and literally threw his arms up in the air and said "oh well". This used to be a great neighborhood eatery, but based on this experience, I now understand why there were so many empty tables in the restaurant.

Great Family Gathering. We are regular patrons. The food is great and the staff is friendly. It is very comfortable to take large groups. They also cater. However, it does not have the ambience of a romantic date location.
