Miss You!!! =(. I have been going to HOO for sooo many years sence i was like 8 im 21 now, they have the best of the best food there.My boyfriend and I were soooo upset that they were going to close Nooooooo!! i miss u guys the food and the team i hope to hear from u guys soon!! there is no other place like u guys !

Horrible news. I have lived in Campbell off and on for the past 10 years, and each time I moved out (S. San Jose, and Sunnyvale), I sadly missed HOO, and would often drive over to pick it up. IT'S THAT GOOD!!!! I often try other chinese places to satisfy the fix, and they can only do just that....satisfy the fix...It never compares!!! I was craving their chinese the other day and decided to have it tonight and stumbled across this unfortunate news. I sure hope there is communication soon on a new location. They are the sweetest people, and I hope them the best.

House of Orient ROX!!!. Yes, House of Orient lost their lease, that is true and I just confirmed that on 11/22/2007 but they will be moving. Also, there is NO WAY that Chef Ko is better than House of Orient. It's just not possible. I have had both, and trust me, House of Orient is far superior to any other chinese restaurant.

Here's the catch.

When you go to House of Orient, call ahead and ask if Chef Kai is working. He's the master chef of House of Orient. If he is working, you are in for a big time treat. If he's not, have Italian food or something for the night... :)
