Great place for couples and families alike.
The family has been there several times over the years. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. We love the food and have never had a bad dish. The spinach and artichoke dip and spring rolls are a must have. On occasion they have the braised lamb shanks that are to die for.
You can hang out at their gorgeous bar for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as nosh on some great bar food/appetizers. You can also have a full meal or visit for a light lunch.
The kids and adults will love the decor- a jungle theme. I would say that is it done is a very tasteful manner without going over the top.
The chef often is seen on the floor visiting the tables and gathering feedback. He has even been known to bring the food directly to your table. The kitchen is well run, however, when it is busy on the weekends, serving times can be a little long.
I do not often give out 5 stars, but Elephant Bar is well deserving. They have great consistency in their food and service and we have never encountered a problem with either.

Great food, and beautiful dining place, but too noisy.
The Elephant Bar Restaurant building in Cupertino looks outstanding. The interior setup is cool.
Our family visited the Elephant Bar last weekend. The food was tasty. Our table was served by a young waiter, nice and professional.
But there are lots and lots of noise around and I even hardly to hear my daughter talking right beside me. I would not be interested to be here with my friends if we want to enjoy food and discuss our topics at the same time. But it sure to be a perfect place for a birthday party.

Worth checking out.
If you're looking for a nice restaurant to eat out at, with food on the same level as TGI Friday's and Chili's, you'll be very happy with this place. The food was very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants, and the portions were very large. Very tasty, also!

The Jungles out there.
Loved the 'Elephant Bar'.So rightly named. The ambience was in theme and the food was attractively served.Besides the decor, the food and the drinks were very flavorful. For the price, I would always recommend this place 'cause you get the worth of every penny!

One meal and, like an elephant, you'll never forget this place..
The Scene
Like its menu, E-Bar accomodates just about every group, person or situation. It's a family-style restaurant that is also totally appropriate for low-key date night. The bar draws a healthy after-work crowd. The concept, part African safari and part tropical isle, was developed in the mid 1980's by the family that created the Carrow's chain.
The Food
Comparable to like-minded chains such as Chili's, TGI Friday's, The Outback Steakhouse and Houston's, the Elephant Bar provides a solid menu with choices aimed at pleasing the entire family, from grandpa to grandson. Burgers, sandwiches, nachos, fabulous artichoke dip, rice dishes, fresh fish, big desserts and a few low-calorie dishes. The bar is famous for its potent margaritas. On the non-alochol side, the restaurant offers good smoothies.

wild jungle.
the food is fabulous and the ambience is quite unique, the have a separate bar for those who want to watch the game or just have a drink, if you have kids they absolutely love seeing all the animals surrounding the restaurant, it can get very busy and noisy so its best to make reservations ahead of time

Happy Hour is worth it!.
Bar kinda slight meat market (as much as you can get in suburbia)... Happy hour 1/2 off appetizers makes this a cheap place to eat! Pretty elephant size portions too. Skip main meals and stick with appetizers & drinks all around.
