A Mecca For Creeps. Boswell seems to attract every dead beat and creeps in Campbell. Most patrons are usually dead beats or anyone who just wants to pick a fight (there always is some fight inside or outside). Unless you want to bump into someone you went to high school with but dropped out, its best to avoid this bar.
