Great suggestions and very helpful, even at closing time!. Came into the store 4 minutes before closing, staff was extremely helpful and full of information on the plants. They offered to switch out a plant in the arrangement appropriate for a man - worth the drive from Palo Alto!

Always impressed with their arrangements. It is always nice to be greeted and help no matter how busy you are. Arrangements are always available on short notice. Citti's is out of my way, but well worth the drive! Gloria and the staff are always so gracious, and we have never been disappointed in your arrangements!

Great service!. I was quickly greeted by a very nice and personable employer. I was assisted but not crowded which is good because I wanted to roam around for a while before I was helped.

Best service ever!. Thank you for the best service!! Order had a different color flower than what I expected, but the order was corrected immediately and was very happy with the finished product.
