Very happy!. They have and very helpful and friendly staff! They did such a wonderful job with the arrangement! Very happy!
Did a wonderful job with the arrangement!. Came into the store 4 minutes before closing, staff were extremely helpful and full of information on the plants - offered to switch out a plant in the arrangement appropriate for a man. Worth the drive from Palo Alto. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful flowers!. The service was excellent and my salesperson has an amazing smile that blends well with all the beautiful flowers.
Wilted.... I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my daughter-in-law at work. The flowers arrived late, so she didn't actually get them until the next day. Apparently they were a bit wilted and only lasted about 3 days.
Would rather do funerals than weddings!. Rude! Rude! Rude! My mother and fiance went to Citti's in Santa Clara on Scott for a consultation for our wedding day. The service was unhelpful. Pushing their own ideas instead of listening to what we wanted. Citti's was recommended by our venue, and a discount was promised. When calling to make the appointment, my mother was told by a Citti's employee that they would give us the discount. After the consultation, when price came up, Citti's refused to offer the discount! The consultant actually said that weddings are not profitable enough because of all the consulting and customer service, and compared it to a funeral where he makes 'twice as much.'
Fresh, fragrant flowers in tasteful arrangements for yourself, a friend or a special occasion. They deliver too..
The local chain of family-owned businesses in Santa Clara County employs people who grew up with flowers and learned by experience. The large Campbell store employs five designers. Arrangements come in varied sizes and styles, but don't expect anything extraordinary. Wildflowers are big--this is California!--and cost less than roses or lilies, depending on size. Bridal bouquets come in several different shapes: teardrop, cascading, horseshoe, presentation-style (with stems showing) or the traditional round style.
