La Valencia
The Experience Matters.
“La Valencia, Where the Experience Matters”? Experience is defined in the dictionary as “a particular instance of personally encountering or undergoing something”. That definition is correct if you want to undergo stress and fear, while you are locked into your lease with Sequoia Equities.
When you first meet management, they appear to be nice. Shortly after you sign your lease, you wonder why they actually have jobs. The community manager is incapable of performing his duties and seems to fear his residents, but loves his office. Maintenance requests are easy to place, although the maintenance team has large egos and like to blame residents for problems that are caused by cheap fixes.

The worst apartment I have ever lived in. La Valencia is a horrible place to live. On numerous accounts police officers are either looking for someone in the apartment or answering some disturbance. There is no real parking available other than the one spot reserved for each apartment (even 2 bedroom, 2 bath). There have been multiple autos broken into or vandalized since I have been here. The apartments have been remodeled, but very poorely. Anyone looking at moving in should definately give it a second thought.
