excellent service

We contact Edward Disho whenever problems arise. He always responds immediately. When our dishwasher and air duct needed to be taken care of, in both cases the workmen contacted us within an hour to schedule an appointment, and the problem were sloved in a day or two! We are very much satisfied with his great service.

Efficient/Informative/Responsive

Edward Disho is our contact at Pertria--and he has been quick to respond to any issues, friendly and professional. In the past, I have rented from property managers/owners that either are around too much (intrusive) or not at all (non-responsive)--I find that with Pertria there is a good balance of giving tenants their independence, but at the same time, addressing issues in a prompt/thoughtful manner. We feel lucky to be renting from Pertria, and confident that we are treated failry and valued as tenants. I would refer any of my friends to Pertria without a second thought. One down-side is that we rent in downtown San Jose and Pertria is located in Los Gatos--I always prefer to hand my rent checks to a property manager personally--but the Post Office has not failed us yet.

Professional people and nice service

I relocated from Texas to Sunnyvale, CA and needed to find a new home for me and my family. I felt very lucky to choose Pertria and it did a pretty good job! Edward Disho was a great professional person, and he arranged me to visit the properties twice and help me measure all rooms' dimensions. Before and after we moved in, he arranged all the repair and replacement works within 1 day after I requested and followed me up immediately. On a Saturady, I called his office when I noticed that the garage door could not be opened with the remote control and didn't expect that I would get anybody, but his people called me back on the same day for the next-day maintance schedule.

I like my current home and neighbourhood. I highly recommend Pertria and Edward's service.

The only concern for me is that Pertria's office locates a little far away from my office :)
