crappy service

have been there a few times and usually the service is great, but last time i went there the lady serving us was a total a-hole. She must have been having home issues because that is not how to treat customers. She knew she wasnt getting any kind of a tip and chose to included into the bill herself. Although most of the time this is a good place to go running into this kind of service once in a while ruins the whole experience

Best Place Ever

This is the best kept secret Cupertino has to offer. The staff are very down to earth. Great drinks, Great people. That Bartender is very cool. If you are an a-hole, he will treat you as such. The food is good too. A little over priced but they serve it late. This is my kind of place.

Avoid this place!

If you want to over pay for drinks and be insulted by the bartender then go to this place. I waited 30 mins for a drink and it was not what I ordered, the bartender who I later found out his name was Steve was very rude. They have no clue of the concept of service! If I had experienced this type of service only once or twice I would not be here writing this review however I feel no patron should have to waste their time by going to this pub! SAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER BAR!
