The Food
The roti is a naan-like round bread, momos are reminiscent of Chinese dumplings, and there are marinated grilled meats and seafood dishes. Desserts are very Indian: The lah mohan is very much like the dreaded gulab jamun, a leaden fried ball saturated in sugar syrup.

Quick, what's the national dish of Nepal? Time's up. Clearly you need to amble over to Cupertino and order yourself a bowl of dahl bhat, a filling lentil-and-rice stew. The interior and the food at this restaurant will remind you of India, but with little touches that make it more exotic.
