Town Nails deserves a negative star.. Concerning their manicure--they clipped my nails into the quick. Then hurt me four times while clipping the cuticle. The operator's comment: "well, you have a hang nail." It took over a week before I could use my fingers without pain.

Avoid!. This place is HORRIBLE! They are really rough and then got mad at me that I bled when they were doing my cutticles. The place smelled too much like fumes and the paint chipped too early.
