Wouldn't go ANYWHERE else!. I never write these things unless my experience was REALLY good or REALLY bad! Jeri, the owner, is the consummate professional and has an eye that is second to none! Our corporation gave Jeri a nearly impossible deadline for some event invitations, and she handled them like a champ. They were more gorgeous than we could have imagined. I relocated my office to Davis, and I still use Jeri whenever I need classy, elegant invitations, announcements, business cards, letterhead--basically anything printed. I couldn't believe anyone had a complaint, and then I saw they were brides who did the complaining...I was once a bride, and I remember being so stressed out, nothing could please me. Jeri is wonderful. I have NEVER felt like she thought she was "doing me a favor." She always has great ideas and thanks us for our business. The name really does say it all!

The Best Store Ever!. If you are looking for inspiration, Only The Best is the place to go. I am always in need of a "craft fix" and I find that if I go into Only the Best and spend some time taking in all of the products and ideas, I come away with a new project that will satisfy my creative thirst. I love going in with an idea like "I'm looking to create an invitation for a party, I'm thinking Gatsby Theme, maybe spending about $4.00 per invite, and I want a classy design..." The owner, Jeri, always points me in the right direction. She is very, very knowledgeable. Only the Best is a one stop shop for me. My favorite sections include the drawers and drawers of die cuts, the whimsical ribbon selection, and the stock envelope (evelopes by the pack) section. I always pick my envelopes first and then build my invite around that size. I am not a stamp enthusiast, but this store has something for everyone. If you are looking to personalize a gift with special details, like a charm or custom card, Only the Best is a great place to shop.

Great Product Very Poor Service and Customer Care. I am only writting this review after our second experience with OTB. Initially, I ordered my wedding invite through them. While trying to work out the best invite for my wedding I got the distinct impression that "they felt" they were doing me a favor. They seemed very "Put Off" throughout the entire process.

I decided to to let that experience go and try ordering a custom stamp through them for Christmas Cards. Today is Dec 20th. My Christmas Stamp to date has not arrive. Let's hope it gets here before Christmas.

In any case, while trying to order my stamp I overheard the owner saying that her business was not doing well and she needed more customers. I wonder....maybe better service would be the key.

Classy atmosphere. One of the few private rubber stamp stores in the area, but more. Beautiful inivitations and custom stationary, fun gifts, large Asian art paper, classes, other supplies and papers. Visit when I am in the area.

poor customer experience. We ordered wedding invitations from Only the Best (OTB) this spring. Lets just start out by saying I believe their name is highly debateable.

We selected our invitations in part because of the short timeframe we had to work with. After submitting our order, we heard nothing from OTB and when we checked with them after the date we should have rec'd them, OTB called the makers and found out that they were on hold for over a week because we'd ordered a lined envelope - not possible with our invitations it turns out. OTB it seems would never have learned this if it weren't for our query. They sent in the order and didn't follow up. And they told us wrongly that we could get lined envelopes. Their attitude was it wasn't their fault. We saw it differently. We could have ordered the same inviations over the internet for less but decided to use OTB because they had a storefront. Allot of good that did us.
