dont eat there. this restaurant is not authentic italian food as they claim to be the food is not fresh and delicious the service is not the best ive seen take your business elsewhere

Excellent Food. Under new ownership, this Gilroy Landmark has to be tried to be appreciated.

Great food and plenty of it!. Joe's is a family favorite. My husband and I go there all the time. My first visit was after returning from Rome. This is the only place that I have been to since that is even close to that authentic taste. The portions are huge and we always share our dinners. Dinners come with salad or soup, garlic bread plus the entree. They have a descent menu, but a great selection of favorites that please everyone. The pizza there is the best anywhere. The parking is a challenge, but they have an overflow lot next to the 7-11. Locals love it and we haven't had a friend who was disappointed yet. Definitely worth a try!!

Eat your money, it will definitively taste better!. If you first go into the restaurant, it looks like an old family place. But instead of food from "mama italiana" you will get it from "papa fridge". The food does not taste fresh, everything smacked of old fat. The service is so so, I asked for a typical mixed italian appetizer plate, but he did like not understanding me and recommending only things that are on the menu (where the selection of appetizers is poor). And if you ask about the taste of the single dishes, you will always get the same answer: "Very good!" Pesonally spoken, I have never been to a worse Italian restaurant, and I have been to a lot! So my recommendation is: Stay away!

just below average. i dined at Joe's Italian Restaurant once and i must say i was not a satisfied customer to say the least....the food doesn't taste fresh and the prices are huge.

not good enough to be called excellent. the food doesn't taste fresh, the service is not very good, and the prices are also high, and the parking is horrible!

bad selection of dishes. joe's doesn't have a big selection of dishes...not too great!!
