over billed. Last year I had my annual physical here and that is 100 percent covered by my insurance. Then I get a bill saying that I owed them 100 bucks. When I called they refused to discuss the bill over the phone and said I had to phisically be there to dispute the charges. I was unable to so I ended up paying the money.

I had another physical earlier this year and I found out they had billed it as "diagnostic" and not 'preventative" so I explicitly told the doctor I wanted my preventative physical and nothing else, just the standard physical that the insurance covers She said okay and I assumed everything would be billed correctly

Today I get a bill stating I owe them 100 bucks for the visit I had in February. Again they refuse to discuss billing over the phone.

In my opinion you should NOT go here.

In my opinion they are greedy stubborn and not willing to help
