I wouldn't suggest this place for any kind of dinner, and the bar is not very open and kind of dark, but for a lunch with family or a friend during the week or weekend, it has a lovely fresh selection of food, definitely more expensive than a sandwich out, but big booths and nice linens.

I have lived in Los Gatos for 20 years, and brought some out of town guests for dinner a month ago. The ambiance was great and the table staff and manager attentive. But the kitchen service was slow and when the food finally arrived it was COLD! I sent it back which delayed dinner even more.Last night the front did a good job for a while. The wait staff constantly were apologising for the slowness of the kitchen. Finally after one hour and twenty minutes my wife, who recently had back surgery could sit no longer, she left. My friend from Texas commented that if this restaurant was in Texas it would be out of business the service was so slow.Needless to say we are not ever going back, this establishment has a serious problem in the kitchen and all the pleasantries in the dining room staff will not make up for poor kitchen execution!
