Bank of American...great service good people. Bank of American in downtown Los gatos is a great banking center. People are very pleasant and friendly every day of the week, which is not something that can be said for some of the neighboring banks. The only issue you may face going to this bank if you dont bank with them is that they have an extremely guarded parking lot. Plan on parking elsewhere if you decide not to bank of these guys as the woman in the bank of american parking lot will not only chase you down, but she will make you move your car immediately. They need to relax a bit on the parking issue. I was downtown one afternoon for happy hour to meet some clients and Pedros for drinks of course and she wasnt too happy about 2 of us parking in the lot, luckily she was in a good mood and I waived in her direction to shush her away from making us remove our vehicles from the bank.
