Patients sitting for more than an hour; only saw Dr for 5 minutes. I arrived the obligatory 20 min early for my appt and wasn't called for 60 minutes. With a trapped nerve to my back I could barely walk to the patient room where I waited another 30 min......After putting in 1 and 1/2 hour of waiting The doctor spent a whopping 5 minutes with me before he was on his way, and never said so much as "sorry for the wait".... proving that he didn't listen to a word I said he put incorrect information on my return to work slip and I shutter to think what will happen today when I call back to deal with this issue

This was my first visit.... so I'm less than impressed.... When I asked the receptionist about the wait time she just shrugged her shoulders and turned to do something else. The waiting area is jam packed with chairs, some facing eachother with about 8 inshes in between with knees touching..... how can you sit people with injuries to their spines and joints like this?

I was in so much pain when I left there I was literally good for nothing other than laying down, even the pain meds couldn't help me after this orthopedic fiasco.... I'm definently seeking care elsewhere.

Great surgeon. I tore my ACL on the job about 6 months ago for the 2nd time and was directed to Dr. Sharma for my new tear. My first time i tore my ACL, I went to another doctor in the area and was out of commission for a long time after the surgery and still had a tremendous amount of pain in my knee. This time, i look at my injury as a blessing. After the surgery, I was able to start walking around the house very soon, and now I have less pain in my knee than BEFORE the injury. Agreeing with the other poster, Dr. Sharma and his wife both were really nice and showed concern about my injury. Would recommend to everyone.

great doctor. I highly recommend him; But...unfriendly front-office staff. Very nice doctor. He spends time with you and you don't feel rushed. He's in practice with his wife, and she's also wonderful. I recommend them both to anyone.

But beware the front-office staff -- they are not friendly and don't make eye contact with you, (and this is even if you go out of your way to be friendly.) You can be left standing a while before anyone even acknowledges your presence. However, they (the front office staff) do speak Spanish, in case that is important to you.

Friendly Staff: hmmm? just ehh seemed very stressed

User review by nshcalneva. Although the doctor may be fine, it is difficult to reach him. Often times his staff leaves early or is unavailable. After suffering for two weeks, I gave up and found a new doctor.
