very embarrassing moment. I was rudley accused of stealing on April 6 at store #3331. I was in my car when i saw this man taking my lic#, I thought to my self why is he doing that, did i hit his car, Then he went back to the store. So i called the store to ask what was that and if they knew that man. The respond was oh we thought you took something from the store,did not ask can i see your receipt for the items, which they should have first. They were very rude and not professional. I work in retail and i would never do that to a customer. i will never recommend my friends to this store. the only person that was so nice was the clerk that helped me out. she was sweet. he took my lic# if i didn't stop what would had happen He was soo close to me why didnt he ask me. sorry you need to change you proceedures of stealing or think they took something

picture framing. the picture framing lady made a mistake with my picture frame. instead of apologising and fixing/redo the job, she said my picture was wrong. i got custom framing, the custom means the frame is custom made for my picture, how can my picture be wrong. i wouldn't go there for picture framing, i had a bad experience. the rest of the store is ok.
