Would tell anybody to try Vickers. I would tell anybody to give them a try. I do a lot of work on my truck myself so I went in knowing condition the my truck but they didn't know that. They didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman to try sell me some line of BS to get more business. I was allowed to check out the underneath of the truck from a safe distance and see small leaks that were happening and the mechanic even checked out a few things for me while the truck was up on the lift that wasn't a part of the oil service. They also showed me the condition of my other fluids which I wasn't expecting as part of the service for no extra charge.…

They were very helpful. All the staff were extremely friendly, thus a good environment. They were very helpful and explained things to me clearly, and even offered many options for my problems.
They're not pushy. Very good work and customer service. If there is any other problems, they tell you but they're not pushy about other service items to fix.
How cool is that!. Very pleased with the price, professionalism of the people at Vickers and the repairs completed. I really like the ability to view the status of work on my vehicle via AutoVitals...how cool is that!
