Very good customer service. It was also very convenient because Enterprise car rental was right next door so I didn't have to hassle with a shuttle service.

My vehicle was serviced in Mountain View, not in Milpitas. Raul was very professional and courteous. I can tell he's had many years of experience dealing with the customers the right way. My vehicle was repaired and ready to go on the estimated day given. Slight complaint of paint outgassing into vehicle but smell went away after 1 week.
