They did an outstanding job with the car, better than I expected. They always explained what they were doing so that I would understand. I was told why they had to do everything they did, which was very nice. I trust them. It's been a long time since I received that good of customer service anywhere.

It was my first time using FCC, and I thought the quality of work was very good. The shop was always clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly, and very detailed in explaining the charges and the work they were going to do. They laid everything out. They told me exactly what was going to happen, when it would happen, and what it would cost.

FCC gave us two options to repair the dents on our 2009 Acadia. One was full body work at FCC and the other was to push out the dents without breaking the paint. Since this was not an insurance job, the push out repair saved us a lot of money and turned out great. Thanks to Raul for giving us the option and being mindful of the cost savings to their customers.

I got my front bumper replaced. Got a quick estimate. The representative was knowledgeable. He patiently explained what needs to be fixed and approximate time to repair and the cost. I am really happy with their quick service. They replaced by front bumper within few hours

I will for sure not go anywhere else should I need to use the services of FCC again and I will for sure recommended this unique paint shop to all of my family and friends as a must go if you are unfortunately involved in an accident and your car needs help.
