not worth it. This place is definately not worth it. Lots of collics, crappy fences in the turnouts. My horse jumped over the fence and cut his legs all over, because it was too short and not put together right. Expect frequent hay changes(ex grass hay to alfalfa mix, even if not requested).Overpriced for no cleaning in certain stalls. Pasture horses starved and and pastures only steep hills and very very deep mud in winter. TOO MUCH DRAMA INCLUDING HORRIBLE JUMPING TRAINERS THAT CAN'T EVEN RIDE THEMSELVES. Kicking trainers out with no explanation. Stealing trainers. Most boarders are nice but some almost run you over with their horses. Rude management that take maintence request but do not respond to them.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DON'T BOARD HERE!. Moldy hay, many colics and impactions, expect huge veterinary bills, pasture horses starved and covered in lice, very poor to no bedding, hundreds of rodents, callous helpers inflicting multiple injuries on horses, overcrowded arenas and dangerous shenanigans in arenas, inexperienced know- it-all, nosey, unpleasant bad spirited boarders with high school mentalities, completely unresponsive cranky old manager, don't expect to get a response to maintenance requests.
