Great Chinese Food. Very warm and friendly restaurant. The food selection is fantastic. I went with a vegetarian who was very impressed with the non-meat choices. The honey-walnut prawns are very tasty! Try lunch for even more reasonable prices. Hard to find restaurants like Chef Ming's! I will definitely be going back.

Greatness all around!. I have been going to Chef Mings for YEARS. I grew up in the area and would go there for birthdays or just to have a casual dinner. The food is wonderful and prices arent too bad either! The staff has been the same for many of years and I just recently went in there and found new additions to the staff. They fit right in and checked in with how you were doing, fill up drinks, everything! They are so polite and will do so much for you just to make your expierence worth while. I have never had bad service at Chef Ming's and was always seated promptly. They really try here, and it shows!

Wonderful!. I am an extreme snob when it comes to Chinese Cuisine and I can assure you that if you can ignore the old strip mall location you will find your new favorite! The food is fresh and high quality, the service is very prompt and the prices are average.. especially for the flavor of the food. My faves are the sesame beef, honey walnut prawns and the spring rolls.

Friendliest Chinese Food Around!. One of my other favorite Chinese Restaurants. The staff are all polite and sincere. If you need help deciding on what type of food to order, they are more than happy to suggest items and ALL of the items that they have suggested to me have been GREAT!
