UNDERCOOKED = customers getting sick. I totally agree with the other reviewer. Their pizzas aren't consistent. I avoided them for 2 years because I got REALLY SICK from eating undercooked sausage & beef from the combination pizza I ordered. My two friends that were with me also became ill. When they cook it right & get your order right the pizza is GREAT and I think they're better than Round Table because of all the toppings they put on, they really don't skimp out. They young kids who work there are really making them lose business because I can't trust them to cook my pizza right. What's scary is that their oven also looks like it's from the early 1900's and once when I was waiting for a pizza order that I placed, the oven broke down! I thought they'd get rid of it by the time I came in next but nope, it was STILL there...the door wouldn't even close correctly so I would imagine the temperature wouldn't be consistent when cooking our food! Be cautious when visiting Golden Mushroom. They have their good moments but the owner or the owner's son really NEEDS TO BE WATCHING the hired help!

Avoid if the Owner isn't there. Highly inconsistent product. When the owner is there, I usually get an excellent pizza. When he's absent, there's no guarantee. For example, I just brought home a pizza today that wasn't fully cooked. Another time, my pepperoni pizza was also covered in raw garlic (which I didn't order). The "Youngsters" he hires to work there and help out are either not very good in the kitchen, not very smart, or just don't perform if the boss isn't watching over them.

I used to order pizza as take out or delivery a couple times a week but have been avoiding it as of late. Thought I would give them another chance but I will probably stop ordering there altogether after today's experience.

Also, I recently noticed the bathrooms there are quite filthy; I'm surprised the health inspector hasn't shut them down for the state of the men's room (no hot water).
