Appreciate the Beauty. I wouldn't think of getting flower arrangements from any other florist besides Cittis Florist. I get flowers for my wife and mother every week, and I even appreciate the beauty of the arrangements. Thank you for the continuous great work.

Wonderful. Wonderful atmosphere. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I'm very critical of customer service, being in an industry that relies on good customer relationships.

The best service!. Thank you for the best service! :) Order had a different color flower than what I expected, but order was corrected right away and was very happy with the finished product. Gloria and everyone else is always so gracious. And we have never been disappointed in your arrangements!

Would rather do funerals than weddings!. Rude! Rude! Rude! My mother and fiance went to Citti's in Santa Clara on Scott for a consultation for our wedding day. The service was unhelpful. Pushing their own ideas instead of listening to what we wanted. Citti's was recommended by our venue, and a discount was promised. When calling to make the appointment, my mother was told by a Citti's employee that they would give us the discount. After the consultation, when price came up, Citti's refused to offer the discount! The consultant actually said that weddings are not profitable enough because of all the consulting and customer service, and compared it to a funeral where he makes 'twice as much.'
