Why would anyone go to a school of anything and expect presice results? Just the fact that those doing your services are mostly students fresh out of high school should clue you into the fact that they are still in the learning process! If you want perfect color services, go somewhere that charges 175 dollars and whose colorists have been practicing for 20 years!
Also, I have a tip; when I used to get my hair done here (with good results, mind you) I would ask the girl behind the counter who there she would trust her own hair to, then I made an appt w/that particular person; worked every time!

This was by far the most horrible haircut in my life.
1)The INSTRUCTORS ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT...
I had asked specifically asked for subtle colors. They made
me a blond.
2) THEY OVERCHARGE FOR SOMETHING SO LOUSY
3) I HAD COLOR AT THE SIDE OF MY FACE BECAUSE THEY HAD
LET IT DRIP AND DIDNT WIPE IT OFF.
The only thing this place is good for is for your kids and for senior citizens
who come to get their hair washed and fixed in rollers.
This is not an isolated incident. Two of my friends ran into the same problems.
Go here if you want to be given something different from what you are asked.
For a haircut you might just take your hair and snip it right across yourself.
NO JOKES!. I want to spare you the pain.
