Service is good.
I have been going there for years also. As with all things, their service has good days and bad. They have high school aged employees so what do you expect? I think they are friendly and nice and treat me well. I don't know what happened to the other reviewer, but I've never left the place hating the person that served me. The yogurt is the best. I personally don't care for the carbo-lite or the wowcow. It's not creamy enough for me. The hony hill brand they serve yogurt is simply the best. As a real treat, they have terrific ice cream as well and they make a generous hot fudge sunday with mint chip ice cream. Try it. You will thank me.

Best Yogurt - Worst Service..
I've been going to this place for over 10 years now. Their yogurt is the best and they offer a good variety of Nonfat, full of fat, carbolite, and sugar free flavors. They always have something fruity, something chocolately, something vanilly, and some additional flavors. Lots of topping choices - and they give you a LOT of toppings (ask for it on the side if you want a ton). Their sizes are huge but perfect for saving for the next day.
Over the 10+ years I've been visiting this place, the service as been horrible. The owner is extremely friendly but if he isn't around, you're faced with high school girls who would only act half decent to you if you were David Beckham. They would rather be doing their homework which is open on the counter waiting for you to leave. I've left there so many times, satisfied with my yogurt, but hating the person that helped me.
For me, it's still worth it since I only deal with those people for minutes at the most. If you want good service and same yogurt.. go to the Yumi Yogurt in Los Gatos... they are so much friendlier there.

BEST Frozen Yogurt ~ Beats out Cold Stone Any Day!.
Let's just say I'm very skeptical when it comes to Frozen Yogurt. I really dislike the tangy aftertaste most frozen yogurt has, so when I went to Yumi Yogurt, I was very pleasantly surprised. They give you massive portions, and they have really interesting flavors like Orange Mango, or Snickers Bar, or Chocolate Pudding. My husband had vanilla and I had a combo of Chocolate PUdding and Snickers Bar. I would just like to say that it was the most amazing soft serve frozen treat I've ever had. For being nonfat, it was full of delicious flavor ~ no aftertaste, and it was great! The Chocolate Pudding really tasted like chocolate pudding. Same with the Snickers Bar! I would really recommend this place to anyone. We make a special trip from Fremont to go here. They have Honey Hill Farms frozen yogurt, which I think makes a big difference. They also have low carb soft serve frozen yogurt, can make you various frozen drinks, and also have chocolate dip and flavor bursts for your soft serve. It's great. You couldn't tell it was nonfat. Beats Cold Stone anyday!

Friendly stuff and daily selection got me hooked.
Not all yogurts taste the same! I've tried frozen yogurt in many places around Bay Area, and no one gets the consistency and the flavor quiet like Yumi does. Their convenient locations on major streets make a weekly stop their unavoidable ;)
