Sad Experience Starting out... I've been frequenting this Restaurant for over 10 years and never had a bad experience until last night..

The food is good, but in the pursuit of efficiency, they have sacrificed a key rule in the Restaurant business.

"Courtesy to customers". - Yes, Friday night is a busy night, but nothing

excuses one from being courteous to your customers.

Recent policy changes have dictated that everyone in a party must be present before seating. If not, you go sit in a small corner and are not even allowed to stand in the lobby. I witnessed another customer get totally ignored and her presence not even acknowledged. My treatment was even worse, as I was insulted. And this is for a loyal customer of 10 years, who has spent thousands of dollars there over that time.

We have had many family events at this restaurant and quite often have introduced new people to the place. In fact, I had invited some people to join us there.

When my guests arrived, we left to go to another restaurant down the street, where we spent well over $150 for dinner and drinks for 4. BTW: Service was wonderful at that place.

So, I for one will stop introducing people to this place and personally will NEVER go to this place again.

FInally, I just wonder if the owner ever acknowledged that poor woman waiting in the lobby to get in.

Excellent. El Camino is a simple restaurant with some of the friendliest staff of any establishment I have ever had the pleasure of dining with. The food is excellent with plenty of variety. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Awsome Restaurant !!! Great Staff!!!. I was amazed, the price is economical, and its very very clean, and quiet. The food is excellent, I visit about 2 times a week. I cant imagine anyone having anything bad to say about this place. You can even review their restaurant while you are there, and have your picture taken with it to hang on their wall!! The combinations are great ( the sauces) Everything is always fresh, so stop by and visit, you wont be dissappointed.

A vacation from your ordinary Mongolian BBQ. Wow! It's macho clean! Standard Mongolian BBQ except it feels like you're at someone house. Nice ambience. Fewer sauces than Su's but at least the environs are cheery. Staff are happy to help you and ice cream for $1. Sides are minimal but you aren't there for the sides, are you? Multi-CD changer and potpourri in the MEN's bano?! Su's has better sides and sauces but I'd bring a date here and not over there... :)
