Great slow cooked brisket

We ate at Armadillo Willy's last night and loved it. If you want genuine slow cooked melt in your mouth brisket and ribs it doesn't get much better than this! The french fries were great too!
We had Texas bbq in Austin, TX and at the famous Salt Lick in Driftwood, Texas in March 2008 and Armadillo Willy's is so much better. Don't look for fancy or fine dining and it may not be a party palace but it is great bbq and that is just what we went there for!
- Pros: great brisket, ribs and fries, corn bread.
- Cons: slaw needs vinegar and a little life
