consistent and good. i came to kumar jeewelleries yesterday for the festivela of dhunteerass, they we're very busy but they were attending to all customers in friendly way and were offering gold coins and silver religious ornaments comparable to what I purchased back home in pune
bad customer service... your item is never ready. okay so i went there about 6 weeks ago because i had to get a gold chain redone. it was broken. they told me it'd be ready in 4 weeks. which is way too long for a chain to be remade...ah well so i waited for 4 weeks when i went there, the scumbag indian guy told me it's not ready ... come back next week. i went there next week, he said give me a call in 3-4 days. today i called them, they said it's not ready give us about a week. i strongly recommend DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. find something else, even if it's 50 bucks more expensive, it'd be worth it. take my word for it.
As Tony the Tiger would say, "They're Great!!!". As my desi homies would say, "1st Class, A-one, Funtastic." A couple of friends told me bout this place, and in a completely hetero way I can say they have some FABOULOUS stuff. I got a Tiffany engagment ring at a non-Tiffany price, but don't tell me fiance that. And whatever you do, don't even bother with the little lady; she's no help. If one of the dudes with glasses is there, they take care of you right. Good shite, no joke.
# 1 Indian Jeweler in Bay Area.
I LOVE Indian jewelery and Kumar Jewelers carries a great selection of 22k, diamond, and stone pieces. Even though their showroom might be a bit small (I am from Dubai and used to gigantic jewelery stores) they had a diverse assortment and never said no. If they didn't have something I wanted they had a huge inventory in the back or ordered it for me. Since coming here I have ordered a lot of custom pieces from Kumar and at first my husband didn't like it, but when he saw the high quality and how comparably priced it was to back home even he bought a bracelet and chain for himself.
Great experience would definitely reccommend you try.
