best barber. i know who you talking about ,this shop,i meant homestead barber is the oldest barber shop in town ,60 years and still going.xcell is owned by a chinse owner,a hair stylist,not a barber,i have been loyal to that shop for 11 years ,you know why? go there and ask for eshmail,then you will know why.
