Decent Food, Horrible Service. Been to this place many times. Used to like it. The food is still OK but the service is terrible. Some of the worst service I have ever had a restaurant. The wait staff is never around, and when they do show up something is messed up. Last time they charged us for drinks we didn't order. Time before that they never brought the soup we ordered. We would have asked for it had a waiter come within 100ft but the entrees came before we could flag anyone down. This place is basically self serve but you have to go through the reluctant staff who are more interested in playing footsy with each other than doing their jobs. Its too bad. The salsa and chips here are great. The entree salads are huge. Food quality is generally good although it has gone down a bit since the place opened.
