KUDOS. Having booked thousands of meetings through out the years through out the Bay Area - NEVER have I had the extreme pleasure of saying there wasn't one thing amiss. KUDOS to the Catering staff from the Manager, Amy to Sayid the Banquet Captain, to Catalina our server to the Front Desk and up to and including the AP/AR Team there wasn't anything they wouldn't or couldn't do for us. Our Seminar was a huge success due to their compentancy. It was a stress free experience all the way...

Thank You and Your Staff. thank you and your staff for helping us put on the retirement breakfast on Tuesday. The room looked great, the staff was courteous and helpful, the food was good, and the retirees were a couple of happy guys when all was said and done. Mission accomplished!

Great place for a Seminar. We hold three 2 day seminars at the Biltmore a year. The prices are good and the service is good. I recommend them as a good place to hold your seminars/meetings/conferences. Ellen, the Conference Services Manager is very nice to work with.

This luxurious hotel is popular with upscale techies, business travelers and convention-goers. Vast, two-story windows adorn the lobby, while the private blue-striped tents at the swimming pool bring to mind the French Riviera. The 263 rooms include standard Garden Rooms and Tower Suites. Accents such as an abundance of plants add to the warm and inviting mood. Suites feature sitting areas and are furnished with writing desks.
