In the heart of Silicon Valley, adjacent to Santa Clara's Covention Center. This Muni course is known for it's location and length. It has a large driving range so practice during your lunch break is possible. If you're a long hitter you'll like this course. It's greens are fair. It gets lots of play so conditioning and maintenance is a challenge . However, compared to Pasatiempo in Santa Cruz it's well located. You'll probably want to take a cart unless you're use to walking a long course as there's a bit of a distance from greens to the next tee box. But if you're a "Golfer", you'll want to make the hour drive across HWY 17 to enjoy one of the Top 100 Course in the country; Pasatiempo. Great course.... This was my first course to play in California, and I absolutely loved it. It was a little crowded on the Sunday afternoon, so try to get a tee time before 2:00pm if you want to finish before the sun goes down. Course and greens were in great condition. Incredibly value for Santa Clara residents. Call way early for a tee time, though.
