CVS Pharmacy Saratoga CA - Rude Staff.
Rude Pharmacist. Does not care to understand your problems. Attitude is that it's not his problem so he doesn't care.
I needed their fax number. They do not post on their website because they do not want patients faxing in their information, and will only release to doctors. My doctor does not have the time to call pharmacies to figure out what their fax number is.
I guess the pharmacy industry needs a dose of internet savviness.
Aweful experience. Worst customer experience. DO NOT GO. Terrible experience.long lines, rude people. Are not helpful. Worst customer experience. Can not tell you when they will have your perscription.
great service. I don't normally write these things but I have to say, after reading the negative reviews that I should share my experience today. I called (they answered promptly) to move a prescription from another pharmacy to this store. They took my information and promised to call back. I rec'd. a call within 2 hours that not only had they successfully transferred my prescription from Walgreens but that it was ready for pick up. All this in the late afternoon when the pharmacy is usually at the peak busy hours. A + in my book.
Awful Pharmacy !. Avoid this Pharmacy !! They are extremely Rude and Arrogant ! The fill in manager from the Los Gatos Longs Store needs to go back to bed . The lines are almost Always long , with the phones ringing away . Poorly managed . I real Shock considering this is Saratoga one of the nicest places to live.

The Pharmacy is HORRIFIC!! I would give it a zero if possible . POOR Customer service ! Constant Mehem . Phones ringing with No one answering , Long lines and " Who cares about customer" Attitude .
