The absolute RUDEST person ever

I was at an event where Pat Smith was the caterer. She was extremely rude to everybody around her. She was rude to the guests, and the people who hire her.
She barked at people who would try to help themselves to food.
Also many guests witnessed her not only eating the food, but double-dipping as well.
The food has potential, but I could tell it was not all fresh. I saw some of it being wheeled to the the food area, and recognized many boxes from costco, etc.
I would NEVER hire her to do an event or wedding for me.
On a positive note, her staff are all very friendly, I don't know how they put up with Pat.

Rude thieves

Her food was not exceptional as she claims, she buys her food from Costco and other warehouse stores. I feel the services provided were inappropriate and all performed unprofessionally. One of my guest saw one of the servers stilling bottles of alcohol I have provided. The owner Pat was rude to myself and my guests. I felt rushed and other guests were also aware of this.
Look at all the other reviews.
Bad food and rude owner equals no repeat business from me and my company.
Do not hire her to cater you wedding or any other event. Rude, unprofessional, money hungry, thieves are the only words to describe this company.

BEWARE OF PAT SMITH

We were working an event with extravaganza catering in Saratoga and the catering organizer for the event, Pat Smith, was the worst professional experience we have ever had with a catering company The lady in charge of catering was rude and unaccomodating. I highly recommend looking for other another caterer in town. The food was cheap.
