My favorite spa!. I love this place! The people are very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Their front desk staff is by far the most competent and friendly I have seen.

The atmosphere is warm and pleasant. It may not be the largest spa around (I do find their dressing rooms a bit small) but it is the spa I keep going back to time and time again. I have brought several friends and purchased gift certificates and only heard great feedback. All the treatments are great but I particularly like their facials and massages and pedicures. Also, no one knows waxing like they do.

I have tried other spas in the area, and many are also nice, but Harmonie is my absolute favorite in terms of quality service. You just feel good there!

The Best !!!. I've been many times for massage, manicure and pedicures. The therapists are friendly, professional and very talented, the best I've ever had !! The nail spa is elegant and cozy, but their sanitation and cleanliness standards are unbelieveable, well worth the price!!

Ignorant - Money Hungry. I was introduced to Harmonie via a gift certificate that a friend gave me. I feel bad for my friend now, after the experience I had there. The front desk staff are ignorant and more concerned with how they look in the mirror than how they treat the customer. My services ran late and the massage therapist talked about herself during my entire massage. When I checked out I felt nearly forced to buy the products that were used during my services. After the fact, I called back to complain to the manager or owner, who was some woman with a french accent who would just as soon not have me as a customer than to take a moment to real listen to my feedback.

Masseuse was a smoker...yuck!. I'll never forget this place... Kinda ruins the aromatherapy when the masseuse smells of cigarette smoke and has a hacking cough.( she told me she thought she was getting a cold) I ended massage before actual time just so i could leave. Although I paid for service, to avoid scene. I did call manager who offered "discount on next service".. yeah right

Best Brazilian waxing place in San Jose. I got a brazilian waxing done at this place. Initially, I was really scared because of the thought of the pain and everything but I simply wanted to try it. I am so happy i chose Harmonie... Francoise was great! She is such a professional and really knows her stuff.

It is a slightly expensive place but totally worth it!!! Anyone wanting to get a brazilian waxing done in the san jose area should totally get it done from Francoise at Harmonie!!

Treated like a queen. I bought my mom a treatment at Harmonie and I can only say she was treated like a queen. She usually won't treat herself like this so I am so glad Harmonie came through and gave her the best care. She was so happy. Everything was wonderful and my mom even acknowledged she will go back on her own. Thanks so much Harmonie!

More Embarassed than Pampered. Firstly, the staff mixed up my scheduled treatments so I had to substitute one that I really didn't want, in the wrong order that I originally wanted it. After my facial, I was led downstairs to the waiting room full of people not knowing my hair was standing straight up like Frankenstein's Bride. Finally, for my massage, the masseuse asked if I had any problem areas, and I specified my shoulders...she spent the rest of the massage working on my legs.

The best gift EVER!. I received a gift certificate 3 years ago and haven't stopped yet! The staff at the front desk has been nothing but helpful and polite and the massage therapists and estheticians are very skilled and relaxing. I love my trips to Harmonie.

Comfortable for a man. Great massage with a very knowledgeable massage therapist! Very friendly - I felt comfortable being a man and visiting this spa.
