Tips for Preston Wynne Spa

It's all about you!. The moment I walk in to Preston Wynne I go tinto relax mode. It starts with a warm greeting from the staff and the aroma of scented candles. I'm whisked off to a room where there is flavored water, fruit, granola bars and nuts. The wait for my massage therapistsis very short and I'm off for my time of pampering. The therapists are all good and take care of the knots in my body and leave me feeling rejuvenated! There's never a rush to leave when I'm completed with the massage. I go back a room and relax while reading a magazine and then take a shower- using all the best products that Preston Wynne offers. When my time is up I'm in one of the best downtown areas so it's off for a little shopping!

Fantastic place to relax. I was a little skeptical to try it the first time but since a close friend of mine bought a a gift card for my wife and I so we decided to go. We ended up being regular customers now even the place is a little out of my way (We are living in Mountain View). The staffs provided the maximum courtesy you can expect from an upscale spa and the services provided by their technicians are the best. I strongly recommend to give it a shot.

Brad Jeffries, CMT is The BEST. Last month I saw Brad Jeffries for the first time and I was overwhelmed with my experience. I frequent day spas bi-monthly and this was by far the BEST I have EVER had! I will never return to another therapist, it simply is not worth it! To many of the spas I have been to have been to fluffy when I have requested deep tissue. The pressure is inconsistent and the energy they are sharing is not benificial. When I left Brad I was so appreciative I wrote a blog about my experience and told all my friends. He really was able to work out the lactic acid and stress in my muscles. I have NEVER felt better leaving a day spa than that day. Thinking about it makes me want to make another appointment. He hands down is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. It is well worth the money....

Spa mavens go in stressed out, come out feeling relaxed and healthy.. The Scene
After a massage, facial or other holistic body care therapy here, some opt for a soft all-over bronzing treatment that could rival any tropic tan. Dozens of treatments for men and women are available a la carte. With purifying facials (like the up-to-the-minute "Lift 6"), lip and eye treatments, depilatory waxing, cellulite therapy and makeovers, the menu is almost endless. Or, a personal package can be designed to suit your individual wellness needs.

The Draw
Everyone is a winner when the collective goal is to refresh bodies in need. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive, and the spa's sanctuary-like feel maximizes the experience. Clients leave knowing that everything possible has been done to ensure they depart anew.

Great spa with a few flaws. . .. I enjoyed my treatments with Doris; however, she is no longer there. There are a handful of new estheticians who have yet to reach potential. The front desk staff has made appointment errors with me and guests whom I invite to join me. However, the staff members acknowledged the errors, were apologetic, and compensated us graciously with bite-sized treatments.

I once left a massage in pain due to the therapist's technique. Luckily she no longer works there.

On a positive note, Toddy, one of their more experienced estheticians, has a very calming presence. She is highly knowledgeable about foods and their effects on skin. I leave my facials feeling relaxed and with some new learning about diet and skin.

I enjoy their spa events! Great holiday parties--they show appreciation by giving away gift bags with products and chocolate.

Good facials and massages. Marie, my esthetician, got rid of some unextractable blemishes during my facial. She works quickly and lightly - I felt like a new woman after her treatment. Effective but pricey facial products on sale - I had to limit myself to half of what Marie had recommended since I didn't want to spend more on products than I had on the treatment.

Excellent spa and services. I've treated my parents here-- both solo and as a couple-- twice before and they've both been exceptionally satisfied with the spa, the staff, the services, the snacks. You name it, they love it. The staff and masseuses are all very professional but accomodating and together create a very nice soothing atmosphere for people in search of relaxation. Their website is up-to-date and provides a list of all their services and packages, including pricing and recommendations for whatever ails you. I highly recommend this establishment and have nothing but good things to say about it.

Best treatment I've had.... Being something of a man myself (;-)), I like spas that cater to men as well as women. I'm always quite happy with the massages and facials (occasionally...they're kind of fun!) I get there. I haven't settled on a favorite massuse (sp?) yet (I've only been four times) but I've been happy with each one thus far. Ambience is good, they could have a more picturesque location but the service has been great and it's so convenient from where I work that it's okay by me.

not bad ..... this is a low-key spa. nothing too extravagent. The esthetician DORIS is the best. She is a miracle worker. I've been to a few spas before PW and I have had a microderm at a highly rated spa but when I got a microderm from Doris it was the first time people ever complimented on how great my skin looked .. and this only after the first treatment. so regardless of the atmosphere, the results don't compare to other spas I have been to. The products they sell are pricey and so are the treatments but that still will not stop me from getting my microderm. They always accomadate me when I come 10-20 minutes late. Thus far they have not shortened my treatments when I come in late for my aponitments
