Excellent breakfast, kick butt omelette, awesome breakfast sandwich.. The breakfast was phenomenal for the price. Clean, comfortable atmosphere with friendly service. Preparation of the food took a while and the restaurant wasn't even busy, but otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

Great Chicken Burger and Milk Shake. I love their chicken burger and regular hamburger as well, with a side of curly fries. You get to play with your burger (as in the amount of lettuce, pickles, mayo...etc) Love their milk shake, esp the pineapple flavor!! Friendly staff and the wait is never too long during lunch time.

Great Veggie Burgers too!. Vegetarians, try the Hollywood Burger with a veggie pattie it's the best veggie burger around. And of course it's a meat lovers paradise with many variations on the classic burger. The atmosphere is fun. It's a great place to take the kids. Be sure to try there rootbeer floats and milkshakes they are so big they will satisfy two people! This is not McDonalds do not expect to be in and out in 5 min. Quality takes time. Check out there other restaurant Sanoma Chicken coop across the street it is delicious!

SLOOOOOWWWWW Service. I waited one hour, 15 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich and a side of hash browns. Yes, they were busy, but not overwhelmingly so. I was flabbergasted. There was a line of about 12 people ahead of me, but hell, this is a BREAKFAST place. I've never waited anywhere for more than 30 minutes for breakfast. When it finally came, the food was good, but nothing extraordinary. For the price, it was worth it. But not worth going back to because of the wait.

Nostalgic!. What a great place to eat. The breakfast is awesome. The burgers are great. They even managed to make a gardenburger taste good! The specialty is definitely burgers, fries, and shakes. Try the chocolate shake and ask to add a fresh bananna. Heaven. I like the fact that you add your own condiments at the bar. Expect to hear your favortie 50's tunes while dining. This place has the 50's style down to a 't'. The owners are very hospitable and service is great. I tend to be very particular about my food and the way I feel it should be prepared. THey have always made my food EXACTLY the way I like it with NO problem. Peggy Sue's is one of my favorite places. I'd recommend this spot if you have family from out of town, on a date, or anytime.

Burgers,fries and a shake. The food is good. The service is efficient. The decor is fun. How can you go wrong in downtown SJ if you've got a burger craving? This place hits the spot.
