Horrible customer service!.
We did our own flowers for my wedding, and ordered the flowers wholesale from Navlets. They were very nice at my first visit, when i put in my order. I paid by check.
Then, the flowers were supposed to come in Wed night (wedding on saturday). And there was something about trucks breaking down and the flowers didn't arrive until FRIDAY MORNING. Which is not their fault. But still, this is clearly a very stressful situation. No "sorry"s, no smiles, nothing. They were mean, unaccomodating, offered no suggestions or alternatives, wouldn't even call us with updates.
When the flowers did arrive on Friday morning, many of the fillers/stock we ordered weren't there, we had to switch them out with flowers they had in the store. We had to ARGUE for a refund of the flowers that we didn't get and couldn't switch out and got NO discount for the ones we did switch out.
That refund took TWO MONTHS to get. When I called a month after the wedding, I was told, there was no refund. Then I was told, it had already been credited to my card. Then finally, I was told to come pick up a check.
It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

i called to have sympathy flowers sent and the woman could not have been more helpful!!!!! She gave great advice, quick service, and beautiful flowers. No more cheesy expensive arrangements - this is a classy florist and reasonable prices. Highly reccommend for all occasions!!!!!!!
