Fast and Professional. Called Dave at South Bay Rain Gutters after several other gutter companies wanted an arm, a leg, my first born for a small gutter installation. Dave was actually referred to me by another gutter company that I wanted to use, but they couldn't match the style of gutter the rest of my house already had. Dave was on time for the estimate, could match the style of gutters the rest of my house had, and his quote was VERY reasonable. The estimate was done on a Wednesday and by Saturday afternoon the gutter was installed. Dave also went above and beyond by installing some extra flashing for me so water wouldn't get under the roofing material. Something he didn't need to do...but did anyways. I would not hesitate to use him again and will recommend him to my friends and family.

QUICK AND EFFICIENT WORK!. I normally don't write opinions and/or reviews but I thought it was important after reading the review dated 11/8/10. I couldn't disagree more with it. My experience with South Bay Rain Gutters was nothing less then excellent. I wish all work done on my rentals were handled with such professionalism and ease. I called on Tuesday to schedule a quote to have gutters replaced with seamless gutters. I received a call from Dave within a few hours with a lower then expected quote. Wednesday they did the tear off of old gutters and Friday morning had a crew of 3 install the new ones and was completed by 1pm. I am extremely satisfied with the completed work and will definitely refer and/or use them again. Thank you Dave for your professionalism and a job well done.

Very Dissatisfied. Dave with South Bay Rain Gutter talks a great talk but he is very slow.He told me it would take him 3 days to complete the job, but he made 4 on site trips to my home. It took him almost a MONTH to finish my gutters on my single story home. When I tried to call him or his secretary, they hardly answered the phone. Finally he left me a VM and told me that the reason for the delay was that he got hung up watching the Baseball World Series. Come on...most of us watched the game but we still had to work. I couldn't believe this guy. I do NOT recommend this guy.
