We'll be back!. We came down from Montreal, Canada to San Jose twice, and rented an RV from Alan Cezar. Each time we had an amazing time. The RV was given to us very clean and every thing was functioning properly. They gave us ideas for our trip and help with us directions. We never had a problem. This made traveling to Yosemite so easy and enjoyable. We were able to cover a lot of ground without packing and unpacking from hotel to hotel. Truly the only way to travel with kids or even as couples who just want to relax.

Upon our return, they greeted us warmly and really wanted to know about our trip. They really care! I was so impressed by the nice and friendly staff. I noticed while I was standing there that everyone is important to them. Now, that the way you want to be treated.

Will do this again cause twice was not enough!…

May, 1989 – Who knew that when I was greeted by Alan Cesar at 10 minutes before the closing hour I would be initiating a lifelong business relationship and friendship? Five Stars is not for perfection 100% of the time, but for always finding a resolution that is in our mutual best interest.

We have used many RV dealers and service centers in over 20 years and 2 motor homes. Even though we live 90 miles from San Jose, Family RV has been our “home.”

We have used Family RV: as renters; for RV purchases; as partners in the consignment program; and for service and accessories. We can heartily recommend each Family RV department.

Now we are considering full-time RVing and Alan and Family RV are guiding us through these decisions. I trust Alan’s judgment and integrity.
