tires. 2-25-11 bought 5 tires for our truck, changed order to 4 tires keeping my old spare. Emanuel put 4 tires on truck, said he would change receipt to deduct spare. Two months later I call to check credit card and no refund. Manager, David, says he cannot fix unless I come into store which I plan to do. It should not have taken two months and a trip back to the store to post the credit to my credit card. They should have refunded money back to my credit card on 2-25-11.…
