Not so much!.
Had an appointment. Two and a half hours later they told me it would still be another 45 minutes before they even got around to looking at the vehicle. The service "specialist" did seem to know what day of the week it was let alone what he was doing.
When I gave up and went back to work I had to call them to find out the vehicle had supposedly been done for an hour and they claimed they left me a voice-mail. Sent someone to get the vehicle. He got there and they still hadn't finished putting the vehicle back together???!!! So he sat and waited, then they called me for a credit card and the lady was EXTREMELY rude when I had the audacity to ask he to fax me a copy of the bill.
I would park my Ford on the side of the road and torch it before I ever took it back to these jokers again.
Horrible service, horrible people!!!!
