Over priced and bad service sums it up. I used to work there and I've been a waitress at a few places before Grandes; it is by far the worst. The manager and other waiters go outside to chit chat while one person is left alone to serve the whole restaurant (which could explain the bad service). It's over priced, they charge for every little extra thing. They constantly lie to their employees and the manager cons the waitresses out of tips. The food is just blah... order the seafood pasta and you'll see what I mean (and yes they do use the microwave more than they should). If you're a college student looking for cheap great food take the extra few steps and walk to Pizza My Heart across the street... it's worth it.

cute little restaurant with a diner-y feel. casual, but still classy. good food, good service and the prices are definitely reasonable. nice place to eat out w/ family or friends or even by yourself. not a stuffy four star restaurant or anything, but definitely a place you can go to over and over again.

To begin our horendous dining experience at Grande Pizza, you had to practically jump in front of the waitress to even get her to take your order. When we finally did get her attention my friend and I asked if we could get extra mushrooms in our ravioli with mushroom sauce dish. What a mistake that was. She then had to go and ask the chef for about 5 minutes to see if they were able to add in a handful of extra mushroom (even at Round Table pizza they don't think twice when you ask for extra). Then we got the bill. Our meal was priced on the menu as $9.95 but our bill stated it was $17.95. Ends up they decided to charge us $7.95 EACH for the mushrooms ($16 additional for a few extra slices of mushrooms!!!). It is unbelievable, and should be against the law, for a restaurant to overcharge to that extent and not notify the customer ahead of time. There are many other decent Italian restaurants in the area, so I suggest going to any of them unless you want to deal with hypothetically getting charged an extra $10 because you asked for some pepper on your salad.
