You must try this place. Mikes Pizza is diamond in the rough! My husband and I were driving around looking for a place to stop and have a drink before our flight from SJC back home to Colorado Springs. We happened upon this place out of shere luck. Unfortunately we had just ate, so we were just there for drink. When we walked in we were greeted warmly by the owner/bartender. He made us an outstanding Long Island Ice Tea! The atmosphere was very comfortable with a juke box and a the smell of the food made my mouth water. The owner offered to make us a couple tacos on the house. Let me tell you.....I was in seventh heaven! When we are back in San Jose, we will make sure we head to Mikes Pizza on an empty stomach!

Best Cheesesteak in town. This hole in the wall bar and grill offers an amazing philly cheesesteak. The Chicken and Veggie phillys are also worth noting. If cheesteaks aren't your thing, grab a pizza...I prefer the thin crust. Definitley a lunch location for a quick bite. Not much ambience but the food is definitley worth a trip.

Hole in the Wall Good!. I've been going to Mike's Pizza Bar and Grill for over 13 years. He makes great tasting pizza, his daily specials are reasonably priced and sometimes he makes his own specials from his homeland of India. When he makes Curry Chicken and Rice, you got to get there early because it's gone by the close of business. Most of Mike's customers are blue collar, construction and he serves most of the local computer companies in this very industrial area. I live in Phoenix, AZ area now and everytime I go to San Jose, I stop at Mike's.
